RIPPING new 6 song 7" from this band with members of Crudos, Limp Wrist & Talk Is Poison. Great riffs, drumming, not to mention Martin's voice sounds the best that it has ever sounded. Don't miss this. Fucking aces.

N/N: Pasivos Muertos

Brand new 2nd ep from this California group with Martin from Crudos on vocals. More on the punk end of the hardcore spectrum than Needles. Lyrics in Spanish, great shit as well.

Nightmare/Skitkids ep, Nightmare/Crude/Burial lp, Assassinators lp, Counterfeit Garbage #2

Nightmare/Crude/Burial - Axis Of Wolves split LP
V/A Axis Of Wolves: Nightmare/Crude/Burial three way split 12" (one sided) $14.00

Released by: Hate Records//Germany

Crucial 3 way split between these monster bands. Originally released in Japan by H:G Fact as CD only, here we get the much deserved gatefold vinyl treatment. Although $14 is a bit too much for a one sided 12" for most people, die hards need not think twice. Nightmare from Japan are the clear highlights, here for me. 2 crushing jackhammer brutalizations in their typical fashion. I was actually pleasantly surprised by how much I liked the Burial (Germany) songs, this is the best stuff of theirs that I have heard, so far. Crude from Hakodate, Japan also offer up two songs...raw, lo-fi cuts that were later re-issued with a proper recording on 7".

Nightmare/Skitkids split EP
Nightmare/Skitkids split 7" $6.00

Released by: Hate Records//Germany

German repress of another H:G Fact, Japanese release. Nice, thick fold over covers. There are no low points to this record: two of the world's best hardcore punk bands, in my opinion. Skitkids from Sweden play their brand of hardcore that sounds about like AC/DC filtered through Criminal Trap era Anti-Cimex. Nightmare from Japan do what they do best, oppress with a blazing hardcore jackhammer attack. One of my favorite EPs to come out in the past couple years. Don't sleep on it.

The Assassinators LP
The Assassinators: Sigt Efter Hjertet 12" $14.00

Released by: Alerta Antifascista//Germany

Fantastic debut full length from this Danish melodic punk band. When it comes to melodic punk, the Danes have been doing it best, as of late. A little more clean than their demo and 7", but still great, nonetheless. Comes will a thick booklet and enough melody to make the dead dance. Be sure to catch them on their Northeastern U.S./Canadian tour.

Counterfeit Garbage Zine issue #2
Counterfeit Garbage issue #2 $2.00

Issue #2 from these Chicago maniacs. Matt from Duress and Tall Rob, who now lives in Columbus. Obliteration & Vile Gash interviews, record reviews, story of seeing the Inmates, etc. Really well done and fun to read punk zine.

DESTINO FINAL: Atrapados CD $10.00

Released by: H:G Fact

Japanese release of the Atrapados album on CD. Fantastic band from Barcelona, Spain. They were one of the best bands that I saw at Chaos En Tejas 2009, if not THE best. Fierce, primal raw punk with a filthy sounding delay on the vocals, in a similar vein of their previous band, INVASIÓN, with a slight membership change. The new drummer makes them that much better. 9 songs.

INVASIÓN: Discografia Completa CD
INVASIÓN: Discografia Completa CD $10.00

Released by: H:G Fact

INVASIÓN were the precursor to DESTINO FINAL, from Spain. They started in 2004, released a s/t 12" and the La Caza 12" after a demo. This Japanese released CD compiles all of this material. Great fucking band. 21 songs of non-stop, raw punk.

MAGNICIDE: Rise To The Annihilation CD

MAGNICIDE: Rise To The Annihilation CD $10.00

Released by: H:G Fact

Sickening, brutal grindcore from Singapore in the vein of 324. 14 nightmare tracks released by H:G Fact. Not for cowards.

***Sorry, no orders to Japan on the H:G Fact stuff. Please order them from H:G Fact.

(Holy Brethren edition)

Released by: Sacred Tapes

Demented, one man drum machine noise-grind from Chains, living in proximity to that putrid stench in Gary, Indiana. That has to contort your brain in ways unimaginable. Lyrical inspiration from horror/slash flicks over a battery of jagged and dry landscapes. Holy Brethren edition comes in a hand sewn & silk screened sleeve.

PREYING HANDS: Through The Dark 12"

PREYING HANDS: Through The Dark 12" $8.00

Released by: Inimical

From the ashes of the Canadian band, BALLAST, comes PREYING HANDS, taking the next logical step for what could be said to be the third BALLAST LP. The sound has congealed to overtly melodic while still keeping the rawness and raging feel of a hardcore punk band. I hear all kinds of great influences, from Post Regiment to The Avengers to Propagandhi. Nice guitar arrangements with smart drumming that only adds to the ambiance of this record. Spoke's vocals have also taken a great step forward on this release. Great album, can't wait to see what they do next.

I just had the privilege of spending 3 days with these fine folk, really great band to see live, don't miss out, if you get the chance.

ATAKKE: Avalanche 7"

ATTAKKE: Avalanche 7" ***SOLD OUT***

Released by: Mountains Of Madness

3 song new 7" from this NYC band. They are going for a more metal approach, this time, with influence from the pilgrims of the original crust sound, Hellbastard, for example. This, coupled with competent instrumentation and modern production puts ATAKKE in league with the likes of HELLSHOCK. The new sound is definitely a change for the better, if you ask me. The brutal riffs and Chloe's piercing demon vocals are sure to send shivers down your spine.

CRUDE: 1999 12"

CRUDE: 1999 12" ***SOLD OUT***

Released by: Feral Ward

Finally, this unrelenting Hakodate classic is reissued! A healthy stock of these just added to the distro.

Following up on the heels of the repress for the Attitude 12", their devastating 2nd album was repressed as well, in due time. This is actually my favorite CRUDE lp, more focus on raging and a little less soloing. A classic Japanese hardcore punk album.

Released by: Nuclear War Now!//USA

NWN! description:
From the ashes of the Japanese death metal godfathers Transgressor comes Anatomia. 3 killer new Prank releases just added to the distro.

Well, it seems Prank is out of the JUDGEMENT 7"s already and it doesn't look like a repress is imminent. One per person, please...thanks.

JUDGEMENT: Just Be...7" $5.00
Prank description:
JUDGEMENT “JUST BE” was originally released as a CD- Only EP by Tokyo’s HG FACT label in 2001. This was the debut release of the Tokyo bands final line up Comprised of Japanese legends: Guitarist ZIGYAKU ( GUDON, HALF YEARS, BASTARD), Drummer MUKAI ( CHICKEN BOWELS, DEATHSIDE) and then-new members singer JHA JHA ( LIPCREAM) and bassist SAKURA. Combining the best elements of the band’s previous works with an upbeat spirit, high energy drumming and incredible guitar riffs, “JUST BE” is another landmark in the band’s impressive catalog of now classic 7” ep’s dating back to the band’s origins in the mid 1990’s. This is the first time these four tracks appear on vinyl. Split release with HG FACT released for JUDGEMENT’s recent US performance at Austin’s CHAOS IN TEJAS Festival.

CROW: Flock Of Beast 7" $4.00
Prank description:
Tokyo Legends CROW return with two new blasting tracks of Doomy Metallic Punk Mayhem – “FLOCK OF BEAST” and “FLOCK OF BEAST 2”. Thundering deeper into epic, mid tempo metallic territory on the A-side with CROW’s trademark gravel-drawn vocals over searing riffs, this EP echoes their recent “THE BEATING OF THE WINGS OF DESTRUCTION” 12” by exploding on the B-side into ferocious, fast paced hardcore. CROW origins date back to the early Japanese punk scene of the 1980’s, but they have attacked in the last decade with a renewed intensity, culminating this decade in two US tours and a second Album “Bloody Tear” which was released in the U.S. by Prank in 2007. This most recent recording testifies they have no intention of letting up that ferocious Intensity!!!

ACEPHALIX 7" $4.00
Prank description:
A brutal combination of Low end Metallic Distortion, Pummeling riffs and Gnarled vocals, San Francisco's ACEPHALIX's Debut 4 song 7" takes influence from all over the map of Extreme music-from CELTIC FROST to CRO-MAGS and INTEGRITY, from WOLFPACK and Later ANTI-CIMEX to SACRILEDGE and AXEGRINDER, but has hammered out and forged it's own sound by relentless gigs around the SF Bay Area over the past year. Featuring current and former members of THE RIFFS, DEPRESSOR, POISON IDEA, DEFIANCE, DEATHCHARGE and BLOWN TO BITS, this is the heaviest thing prank has released in almost fifty releases, a modern attack yet reminiscent of early classic prank releases by DAMAD, ELDOPA 1332 and the bleak punk metal fusions of the late 90's and early 00's. First printing in a foil stamped sleeve.

CHEST PAIN s/t cassette in stock

CHEST PAIN s/t cassette $3.00

Released by: T.S.O.//USA

Just added to the distro section at: www.solar-funeral.org.

T.S.O. strikes again with this new cassette from this Austin, TX group. As usual, cool fucking layout. Spray painted cassette shells, screen printed cases, lyrics included. Upon first listen, this reminds me a lot of New York's DEVOID OF FAITH. Throw some LACK OF INTEREST in there and you've got 6 songs of furious, blast beat leaden, heavy hardcore from CHEST PAIN.

Wind up spark-shooting Nun, not included.

SUBVERSION E.P. (Belgium 1983)

Great legitimate reissue of this Belgian group's tracks from 1983! From the "Second Time Around" cassette comp and the "Bollox To The Gonads - Here's The Testicles" comp LP. This 7" comes packed with some good information- interviews, flyer artwork, cassette artwork, etc. This is a nice document for this Discharge influenced group, they have been under the radar for too long.

I managed to get some of these from Stuart during Chaos In Tejas. Really nice job on these. Recommended for fans of old, nasty, lo-fi hardcore punk. Order at www.solar-funeral.org. Orders from outside the U.S.A., please email for a shipping price.

D-Clone / Isterismo: Live In Holocaust tape is sold out.
